                                               REFUGEE PROTECTION

• Photocopy of your Passport (+spouse/children-if needed)
• 8 Passport Size Photographs (+spouse/children-if needed)
• Do you have a relative/family in Canada? (cousins and friends are not included)
• Contact Information of relatives/family in Canada
• List of Names/D.O.B/Location of Brothers and Sisters Worldwide
• List of Names/D.O.B/Location of Mother and Father
• Marriage Certificate(in English) - If needed
• Number of Years of Education(Elementary School+High School+Post Secondary) etc.
• Addresses since your 18th Birthday
• Work History since you were 18 (include name of employer, position & years worked

                                                    STUDENT VISAS

• Photocopy of your Passport
• 4 Passport size photographs
• Copy of Transcript (Grades) with English Translation
• Copy of High School Diploma
• Copy of Birth Certificate
• Copy of his employment certificate (If applicant is currently employed)
• A letter from the bank for a minimum balance of $15000.00.
• (If the applicant  does not have the said money in the account, any one, parents, relatives, friends can provide a certificate with a letter that he/she will guarantee the student)
• Police clearance certificate from the country of origin.

Note: Once a student is accepted, in most cases, the Canadian embassy requires proof of payment of the first semester's fee which can be paid through our office.

Visitors Visas/Permanent Residence Applications/Sponsorship Information is the same as the Refugee Protection Information list. However, only 4 Passport Size Pictures are required instead of 8.

You have the option of paying in two ways.

• Wire Transfer (Call or Email us about account information)
• Mail us a Certified Bank/Money Order to any one of our office locations (contact)
• Bank/Money Order is payable to "INTERNATIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES INC"
• Cash/Certified Bank/Money Orders/Cheques Accepted. No Credit Cards.
